Each client meets with a trainer to discuss their overall health and fitness goals. A fitness assessment is included free of charge. This allows the trainer to understand the client's biomechanics, deficiencies and strengths.
Our highly educated and experienced trainers will develop a periodized and customized training program based on your goals, level of fitness and how you like to train.
During the assessment we cover a postural assessment, a dynamic movement assessment, a cardiovascular assessment, take girth measurements, weight, height, skin-folds* and photos*.
Personal Training days and times are determined based on your assessment and goals. We offer 30 or 45 minute sessions and up to 3 sessions per week.
