Founded in Kearney in 2017, we believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide our core teachings and practices at Press On Studios, as we focus on helping clients better connect to themselves and their surroundings. We offer a variety of services, sessions, workshops, and more to help all of our clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.
We are the only private studio in Kearney offering semi-private (5 or less clients) and small group training (10 or less clients in a class at a time). Our Trainers don't workout with you like typical group fitness instructors, we work for YOU so each client receives individual and customized attention for each training session. Training is tailored to each group and client with special consideration for injuries, fitness level and comfort level.

Spend Some Time With Us
This particular session helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. Spin centers around building a strong endurance foundation, with a diversity of movements in and out of the saddle to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. During Spin®, you will burn calories while improving your cardiovascular fitness and building strength while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.
This popular session is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the sessions at Press On Studios attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps improve numerous aspects of your life including reaction time and short term memory. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and recall information better.
This strength session is divided into specific workouts on each day of the week so you always have well rounded training. Our warm-up prepares us for the work we are about to perform, the workout is designed to maximize your gains and you'll enjoy a chilled eucalyptus towel during the cool down. All fitness levels are accommodated and encouraged to attend.
